Internationale Künstlerinnen aus Choreografie und Tanz, Musik und Bildender Kunst kamen zu dieser Nacht der Performancekunst auf dem Anwesen der Höge zusammen. "Im Zeichen der Löwin" gingen Innovation und Engagement eine außergewöhnliche Allianz ein. Spannende Ansätze gab es zu entdecken, die den Körper neu ins Licht setzen, dabei Fragen bezüglich heutiger Kontexte von Körperlichkeit aufwerfen und vor dem Hintergrund technischen Fortschritts die Zusammenhänge von Raum und Zeit neu definieren und reflektieren.
Soeben ist die CD-Rom der Internationalen Performance-Nacht „Im Zeichen der Löwin“ erschienen. Die CD-Rom dokumentiert ausführlich die teilnehmenden Künstlerinnen sowie die einzelnen Performance-Events.

Under the Sign of the Lioness – International Performance Night
Artists representing a wide range of nationalities and art forms – choreography and dance, music and the visual arts – gathered at the Höge for a night of performance art. “Under the sign of the lioness,” innovation and commitment formed an unusual alliance. There were exciting new approaches to be discovered, ways of working which shed new light upon the human body. At the same time, issues concerning present-day contexts of corporeality were raised and the interrelationships of space and time reconsidered and redefined against the background of technical progress.
The CD-ROM of the International Performance Night “Im Zeichen der Löwin - Under the Sign of the Lioness” has just been released. The CD-ROM provides detailed documentaries on the participating artists as well as the individual performance events.
The programme is supplemented by background information on the concept and the curators of the performance night. The new CD-ROM can be ordered directly from Die Höge.
